The Soul Rebel Movement presents with much pride the music video to the song ‘The Places We Live’ by Kno’Ledge Cesare & Shishani. It is a powerful and soul touching song promoting the multimedia exhibition of Magnum photographer Jonas Bendiksen. The exhibition in the Netherlands is organized by Amnesty International. The song is produced by Exclusive-C-Moi, recorded and mixed by DJ Skilla and the final mastering is done by Killing Skills.
While Kno’Ledge was attending the exhibition in Amsterdam himself, the idea came up to make a song and a music video. His opinion is that everybody should see this impressive exhibition, where life-size images combined with audio segments help create a real experience of the life of people who live in the slums all over the world.
The same day Kno´Ledge Cesare (musician and writer) wrote the lyrics to the song within an hour. He contacted Amnesty International and they were very pleased about the creative initiative of this artist. The music video is shot at the exhibition itself after Amnesty gave approval.
The music video to the song is shot and edited by Caine Ruiz’ Malpatin Video. On the 10th of December, Human Rights Day, the video will be officially released on the net. You can listen and download the song on Reverb Nation.
